JAM Smart Schedules Pro is a workgroup diary
and appointment management system designed
for busy offices & groups.
Multiple schedules can be opened, viewed
and edited at the one time for multiple
people or resources over multiple workstations,
and are updated simultaneously.
One
of the main functions used is the "Find
the first available time", or "Find
all appointments" for someone or something
(such as availability of an ECG machine).
You can also see matching information displayed,
with easy navigation, or have it printed
out as a list. You can change entries into
persistent Smart Alarm Reminders, or use
the multi-page ScratchPad & Address Book.
