When you order an item
from JAMSoft.com.au, we will ship to virtually
any address in the world - provided postal
service is available and accessible in your
area.
TYPES AVAILABLE
The shipping types that are available to you
are Australia Post (local / international)
and a local Courier Service for customers
within Australia only. International courier
service is available only upon customer's
special request and is charged on the rate
quoted by the courier company.
DELIVERY TIME
When you place an order with JAMSoft.com.au,
you are provided with options of the shipping
type you wish. For local shipping, you normally
receive your item within 2-4 working days
from the date of purchase. As for international
shipping, you normally receive your item within
5-10 working days from the date of purchase.
RATES & COSTS
The normal rate for using Australia Post for
local shipment is AUD$5.50 and AUD$11 for
international shipment. The local courier
shipment costs AUD$12 or based on price quoted
by courier company. Shipping costs are advised
at the end of your purchase and are incorporated
into your shopping cart.

the wrong item or simply dissatisfied with
our product? Please view our license
agreement prior to making claims for a

quoting your order number and the reason for
your claim. One of our friendly customer service
staff will be happy to assist you with your

been priced at Australian Dollar (AUD) and
we will process your payments only in this
currency. When you transact with us from
outside of Australia, your purchases will
also be processed in AUD. You might, however,
find that the payment is converted to your
country's currency by your credit card company.

conversion and you should check with your
credit card company for any query in relation
to conversion
rate.
