New user customisable database
with multiple episodes and more
linking buttons to other MED
Modules. Available samples
have also increased to include: Gastro, Cardio, General
Surgery and Urology specialties.

store, retrieve and integrate
clinical, procedural, medical or
surgical patient data which feeds
directly to MED Formz patient
letters, reports, admission forms,
etc.
Buttons to open MED Formz for the
active patient directly from
CustomDB window has also been
introduced. If you would like to try
out the sample databases, please

Now allows you to display active
medications from MED Scriptor
How do I do this?
1. Open the template that you wish
to modify (in MED Formz, go to:
Patient - Templates - Open - Any
Patient Documents). Then,
double-click on the template you
wish to modify.
2. If you wish to create a new
template, then go to: Patient -
Templates - New - Any Patient
Documents. Make sure you select
"Template" from the bottom right
hand corner of the window that pops
up (where it gives you the selection
of "Document" or "Template"). Then,
double-click on 'Blank Document'.
3. Place your cursor where you wish
to insert the active medications.
4. Then, click on the "Insert Data"
button from the MED Formz toolbar,
go to Clinical - Medications -
then select whether you wish to
insert active or inactive
medications.

The "AA-ZZ" sorting option for
Patient Documents now improves
file access rates, especially
for larger sites.

New "Mental Health Assessment"
template for GP's (also
available for MacMED Patient)
MED Orders & Results

New "Read Results File" now
automatically lets you import
any new results from a
pre-designated results folder.
You only need to set the default
results folder once.

You can now set default printers
for results and requests form
print outs. This enables you to
automatically print to the
default printer without having
to select every time you print.
