	Royal Australian College of Surgeons Scientific Congress

The JAM team went to Queensland for the RACS Scientific Congress.

We had a chance to catch up with many surgeon MED users here; and also showcase our latest developments in the integrated & customizable MED Module, the CustomDB for Surgical Audit & Operation notes.
           
JAM is currently involved with a series of seminars, held by Medicare Australia, about electronic claiming. If you would like to attend one of these evening seminars please contact Lorie in the office.

The 2009 MED USER Meeting

The 2009 Annual MED User Meeting was a great success!

Close to 60 MED Users attended this year’s meeting which held at The Menzies Hotel, Sydney. Topics covered included the new ECLIPSE electronic billing to the health funds, advanced template creation & the diaries/ worklist.

The JAM team and MED Users always enjoy these meetings being able to put faces to the people they interact with on the help line. Many questions were answered and extended feedback and great suggestions were received. The JAM Development team is currently revising the new functions releases for this coming year and you will be advised of the proposed schedule in the next newsletter.
