Formz
M.E.D. is an acronym for Medical Electronic
Desktop. The aim of all M.E.D programs is
to replace the old wooden or steel filing
cabinet with their electronic successors.
M.E.D. products save time and space. They
are user friendly and exceptionally adaptable
to your specific, individual needs.
M.E.D. Formz is a word-processing module
that automates, organises, links patient
correspondence and histories to your MED
Patient or MED Billing database. It is an
application embedded in Microsoft Office,
using Microsoft Word as its bedrock. You
can make your own templates to suit your
needs or start with the sample formats provided.

for convenience and enabling quick review.

on a patient's name to review all correspondence
& notes for that patient.

Formz can be linked to M.E.D. Scriptor
for prescription writing (as well as
to other M.E.D. software, to any custom
database or to all other MS Office functions)
