MED Formz: Powerful Medical Word Processing for Your Clinical Record Needs

MED Formz takes your word processing to the next level as it integrates with the familiar functions of Microsoft® Word®.

This module integrates with and inserts data from MED Billing and MED CustomDB. The data can then be used in the letters, forms, labels, reports or any kinds of documents you wish to create in MED Formz.

Move forward into complete paperless office era with complete and integrated MED Software! With a scanner, you are now able to store electronic copy of patient records, automatically saved into each patient's folder in MED Formz.

This module requires either Microsoft® Word® XP or higher.

MED CustomDB: Highly customisable database with a surgical audit sample database

Customise this database for any clinical purpose or take advantage of the ready-to-use surgical audit database complying with clinical excellence (minimum data set requirements from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons).

Integrated with other MED modules to provide a seamless, synchronised and complete solution for your patient database, waiting rooms / operation list, billing and patient clinical record modules.

MED Patient Master Index (PMI): Core patient database of MED4i Software modules

MED PMI is the core patient database of the MED4i software. It is the foundation of the MED4i building blocks and is linkable with all the various modules in the suite.

Key features:

  • User-friendly and intuitive graphical interface. It has similar screens to MED Billing but without all the accounts-related functions.

  • Suitable for users who do not need any accounts / billing module, but would like to use the clinical modules. PMI can be integrated with and linked directly to MED Waiting Rooms/WorkList, MED Formz, MED CustomDB, MED O&R or MED Scriptor without the need for MED Billing.

  • Register multiple care providers as well as referring doctors and locations
